Delete your account

Your account and everything in it can be erased in two taps, inside the app. It's immediate and permanent.

In the app

1. In the Settings tab, under Account, tap Delete my account.
2. Confirm with Delete.

The app goes back to the welcome screen. You can create a new account later: it will start from scratch.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We send a confirmation request to the address linked to your account, even if it's an Apple relay address. As soon as you reply, the account is deleted, within 7 days at most.

What is erased straight away

• your account: Apple identifier, email, first name, language;
• your profile and settings: starting point, limits, documents ticked;
• your schedule, usual week and wardrobe;
• the listings you shared, screenshots included, and their cards;
• your offers, their status and your history;
• your notification tokens and sessions.

What stays, and for how long

• An empty account number and the deletion date, so a number is never reused. Nothing in it leads back to you.
• The reading of a listing shared as text, kept with no link to your account (see the privacy policy).
• Encrypted backups: overwritten within 30 days.
• Technical logs, without your name or email: erased after 30 days.
• Our email exchanges, if any: erased 2 years after the last message.

What about Apple?

• To also remove Shifts from your Apple list: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Sign in with Apple, Shifts by Taelyos, Delete.
• There's no subscription during the beta. Later, deleting your account won't stop an App Store subscription: cancel it in your iPhone's Settings by tapping your name, then Subscriptions.

Demo account

It erases itself after 24 hours. You can also delete it sooner, the same way.
